Online Entry: To enter online, you must use a browser to complete the official online entry form and must have Internet access as of June 1, 2003. Visit the Sweepstakes website at http://www.seeyouinpacificasia.com/sweeps.html during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below) and follow the links to the Sweepstakes. Entrants are encouraged to read these Official Rules, the instructions on the entry page, and the supporting informational material made available through the website. Entrants must complete the official entry form accessible on the website by filling out the required fields on the registration form, including but not limited to: first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and email address. Entrants may then click on the "submit" button to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor, Pacific Asia Travel Association, is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or ineligible.

Mail-In Entry: Alternately, entrants may enter offline by submitting a mail-in entry. On a 3"x5" card, entrant should hand-print the following information: first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and e-mail address (optional). Mail the entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with postage affixed to: Kangaroo Jack!/See You in Pacific Asia Sweepstakes, 316 Occidental Avenue South, Ste. 315, Seattle, WA 98104. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2003 and received by September 8, 2003, to be eligible for prize drawings. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected or postage-due mail. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

Limit one entry per person per email address per day (from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. East Coast Standard Time), regardless of method of entry. Proof of entering information at website or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery of receipt. Only winners will be notified of receipt.

Participants shall not tamper, copy, modify, or corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of Pacific Asia Travel Association, Warner Home Video or iPromotions' websites or online properties. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of Sweepstakes policy and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Internet access and usage charges applicable to entrant including local, long distance, 800#, or 888# access charge to reach entrant’s Internet Service Provider, any usage charges applicable under entrant’s pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while entrant is online in connection with this Sweepstakes.

All use of information gathered by Pacific Asia Travel Association from the Sweepstakes is subject to Pacific Asia Travel Association's Privacy Policy. 

2). Sweepstakes Prizes: 

Grand Prize
There will be one (1) drawing for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize shall be: 
A trip for four (4) to Sydney, Australia, including:

• Round-trip economy air transportation for four (4) to and from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s residence to Sydney, Australia (airline to be determined by Sponsor)
• Six (6) nights' accommodation at the InterContinental Sydney (2 standard rooms, each double occupancy)

• A $100 international calling card

Total Estimated Retail Value of Grand Prize: (U.S.) $19,428.00. Actual retail value may vary depending on location of Grand Prize winner and date and time of travel. 

* The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all expenses not specifically provided under these Official Rules including, but not limited to, other transportation during stay, taxes, insurance, gratuities, drinks and incidentals.
* The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of Grand Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Grand Prize (or any portion of Grand Prize) becomes unavailable. If actual value of trip is less than the stated estimated retail value, balance of difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
* The Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid passport.
* All details of Grand Prize and Grand Prize travel will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
* Travel is subject to availability; and is valid for departure on selected dates from October 1, 2003 through December 24, 2003, with the following blackout periods: 
October 8, 2003 - October 12, 2003; October 18, October 26, 2003; October 28, 2003 - November 3, 2003; November 10, 2003 - November 23, 2003; December 31, 2003 - December 13, 2004. Validity dates will not be extended. All travel must be completed by December 24, 2003.
* The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions must travel together and on the same itinerary.
* Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates.

Prizes shall be awarded no later than December 31, 2003. 

All prize(s) awarded are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash, can only be claimed by the individual who submitted the winning entry, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes are unavailable. All other costs, if not stated specifically herein, and all taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

3). Winner Selection and Notification: 

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00 A.M. (all times East Coast Standard Time) on June 1, 2003, and ends at 11:59 P.M. on August 31, 2003. The Sweepstakes is open to an unlimited number of participants who qualify. The total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period determines odds of winning each Sweepstakes prize.

• For the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, one (1) entry will be chosen in a random drawing from the total number of qualified entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 9, 2003, in Seattle, WA.
• For the Sweepstakes First Prize, five (5) entries will be chosen in a random drawing from the total number of qualified entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 9, 2003 in Seattle, WA.
• For the Sweepstakes Second Prize, six (6) entries will be chosen in a random drawing from the total number of qualified entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 9, 2003 in Seattle, WA.
• For the Sweepstakes Third Prize, twenty (20) entries will be chosen in a random drawing from the total number of qualified entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 9, 2003 in Seattle, WA. 

Selected entrant(s) will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of their name being drawn and will have five (5) days from the moment such notification is issued to respond to the notification by following the notifications provided therein. If the selected entrant timely responds to such notification, he/she will then be sent an Eligibility Certificate and a liability/publicity release form, which he/she and his/her traveling companions must complete, sign and return to Sponsor within five (5) days of receipt. If the selected entrant does not timely respond to the notification, does not return the properly signed documents in a timely manner, is ineligible, is unable to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or chooses to decline a prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified and shall forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries.

All selected entrants must execute Sponsor’s Eligibility Certificate and liability/publicity release form and otherwise comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules in order to be confirmed as a winner and to receive a prize. All taxes on prizes including income taxes and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner assumes all liability for any damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from any prize awarded hereunder and releases iPromotions, Pacific Asia Travel Association and Warner Home Video from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Pacific Asia Travel Association and/or iPromotions to use winner's name, city, state, zip code, comments, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity and in all forms of media whether now known or hereafter devised, without additional approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

4). General Conditions: 

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply, and the Sweepstakes is subject to the laws of the United States. Void in Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this Sweepstakes and award the remaining prize(s) among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging parties and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all entrants. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (i) found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website related to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the submission of multiple registrations, game entries, the use of fake or duplicate identities by a single user, use of "spam" or other improper techniques cheating, hacking, deception, or unfair playing practices; or (ii) participating in this Sweepstakes in violation of any applicable laws, or employer or service provider rules; or (iii) in tending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or amend the Sweepstakes and to award all prizes by conducting a random drawing for each prize from all eligible mail entries received for that prize. Sponsor, Warner Home Video, and their respective affiliates, agents and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, resulting including death, resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize (including any travel or activity), including any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or other property. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

In the event of any dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized account subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
